It’s what the world needs now… An “I AM” Boost!
In times gone by people may have said they needed an ego boost. The ego has played it’s game, had it’s fame and seen it’s demise. Ego has made it to the top of the charts, popular in many circles only to come crashing down…not able to maintain it’s inflated appeal.
If you’ve been reading my recent posts then you know I’ve been spending some quality time with Lakshmi, the Goddess of Prosperity and Abundance each morning for the past almost 40 mornings.
Today, as is always the case, Lakshmi brought an amazing idea to my awareness.
“The ‘I AM’ Boost ~ It’s what the authentic self needs now.
Let your ‘I AM’ shine! Be the Brilliance that you are born to be.”
How fun is that?!?
An ‘I AM’ Boost gets us in touch with the divinity of who we are. In a world that often looks as if everything is tarnished, unable to shine, we need a lift…a reminder… “a boost of umphff” that raises us up, vibration and all!
Trail of Serendipity
As often happens when an inspired post is ready to come through me everything leading up to the moment of writing it seems to have flashing lights of connection and relativity. Today those flashing lights came in tweets from the Twitterverse and a question in another’s blog.
The inspired answer that flowed from within through my fingers to the keyboard was serendipitously aligned with the ‘I AM’ Boost idea.
It’s the same answer that I believe will help with anything we want to manifest…be it a loving marriage, an incredible career, more meaningful relationships, the weight loss we’ve been pining for, the patience and calm of compassionate parenting…etc.!
The answer is LOVE. And when love is the answer the questions melt away.
LOVE = God = Source = I AM
Pure Love is an interesting thing. It’s the unconditional kind, the kind that comes without agenda, attachment, worry, regret. It’s the kind we all need a little more of. And it’s the kind that there’s an infinite supply of, ready for our receiving in every moment…if only we open ourselves to it.
This love doesn’t depend on anything ‘outside’ to survive. It’s inside and it’s doesn’t just survive…it thrives. It’s there 24/7. All we have to do is tap into it!
The ‘I AM’ Boost puts us there in a fast, powerful, magical way.
Hook Up with I AM
Just chanting ‘I AM’ over and over will give you truth bumps and waves of vibration raising goodness. “I Am that, I am” is one of the most revered phrases in spiritual circles. “I Am” is God, Source, Divinity, the ONE and the ALL. ‘I AM’ is LOVE.
To connect with our ‘I AM’; to give ourselves an ‘I AM’ boost is to connect with the truth of Source within us at all times. This boost ignites us, lights us up, gives us strength and the power we need to go on.
The vibration of ‘I AM’ is so powerful it can shift even the darkest, gloomiest mood, vibe, situation.
- Try it.
- Be with it.
- Let the LOVE of ‘I AM’ come alive from within.
It’s all there waiting for you. It’s who you are. You choose to activate it. Go on. Give it a try! Give yourself an ‘I AM’ Boost!!
Feel the love, the power, the presence of ‘I AM’. Raise yourself up. Shine On! Why wouldn’t you? Feels good, yes?
The ‘I AM’ Boost. An immediate and satisfying way to connect with that which you are…
A shining, brilliant being of Source Energy.
I Am that, I AM!
*Deep Gratitude to Lakshmi for the energy of prosperity and abundance awake within me and my inspiring, creative energy that partners in manifestation!

Great post, Deb. I meditate. I was taught by a high school teacher in 10th or 11th grade. I taught my friends who weren’t in the hand-picked 25 or so of us who got into the psych class where we learned how to do it. I stopped doing it somewhere in law school, but I came back to it a few years ago, inspired by Deepak Chopra. The first thing he teaches, if I recall, is the “I am.” Do you also study his work? He teaches many other meditation chants that can help to summon all of consciousness and free your own mind from its thoughts.

Thanks for sharing, Dana! So happy we’ve connected.
I appreciate Deepak’s work and have read many of his books.
I enjoy chanting and kirtan very much. When immersed, it’s easy to feel the reason it’s a practice for so many. The resonance and heightened vibration that comes with the repetition of the chants is truly magical, mesmerizing, uplifting…an absolute “free your mind”, “come to the Source clarity within”, “tap into Pure Love” experience.
My entire life I’ve been what most would consider as an un-meditator…because I’ve not related/resonated with a particular form or practice. I’ve opened to many. I’m just an ‘out-of-the-box’ kind of a gal! :0)
It’s kind of like un-schooling. That term doesn’t mean you don’t school. It means you take a rather unorthodox approach and follow your own path to learning, going in the direction of inspiration.
Years and years ago it bothered me that I didn’t meditate (as others do) as part of my spiritual awakening. And then, as part of that very awakening I realized that I’ve created my life as a meditation. And meditation, just as many things has many forms and definitions.
I live and breathe meditation as much of every day as I can. I walk, sit, eat, cook, fold laundry, shower, write, etc. *in* meditation. When one sees it this way, even conversations are held in meditation…because they are clear, authentic, unattached, conscious, etc.
I somehow learned early on (actually it never felt learned, more that it just evolved naturally) how to empty myself, how to be in the stillness and how to tap into the Source that I AM…to hear my inner clarity.
Does this mean that I don’t ever have bumpy spots or obstacles? Of course not. It does mean that I am awake and aware, as well as committed to my authenticity and as a result can bring myself to center (quickly, most of the time ;~) with grace and ease.
Does this mean that I don’t sit quietly with myself? Nope. I LOVE sitting with myself. Just being. Just allowing. Just observing. Just flowing with my stream of consciousness…
I honor those that meditate in a specific form. And I am grateful that there are many paths to Source Clarity.
This is why the powerful reminder of the “I AM” Boost flowed in… It’s another path to connection, supporting our brilliance from the inside out.
Please come visit again, Dana…
In Harmony… Debra

That’s beautiful awareness, Debra. I can absolutely relate.
I would certainly add to anyone that meditation is something you can learn and get better at with practice, but do what feels best for you. I don’t follow any one method either. There’s no right way, in my opinion. If it’s a “should” then it doesn’t feel good.
Being v. Doing comes into play with what you seem to be saying. If you can live your life in awareness rather than with your eye on a list of tasks only, you can’t help but BE, which is powerful manifesting juice.

:0) Thanks Dana! I love: “If it’s a should, then it doesn’t feel good.”
Absolutely…here are a couple of my faves:
“Go in the direction of feel good…it leads to more feel good” and “I don’t do stuck and I don’t do yuck.” :0)
BEING is the Key. Right on. Being while Doing…oh yeah, now that’s the ticket!
Powerful manifesting juice, indeed!
Thanks for playing, Dana!! :0)
