    Great post. Especially the part explaining that raw foods contain more water thus filling you up quicker. I think we are all in the habit of boiling our vegetables to death. There is nothing worse than an overdone brussel sprout.. I think everyone should try and incorporate a certain amount of raw vegetables into their diet. Even if its only once a week it is better than nothing and once you get used to it you do start to enjoy them.

    losing weight is definetly tough work.i employ to overeat , but possess initiate alot of strenght in keeping it under control.since then , wicked the sentiment of success i felt by sticking to my design to lose weight and stop over eating.
