I love this time of year. There’s just something about it. The crispness in the air. The intense blue of the sky against golden, red, shades of copper. The feeling of completeness, along with the still stirring of new birth on another horizon. The inclination to rest, ponder, reflect. I love the dual energies I feel at this time of year. It’s a time of harvest. A time of recognizing and giving gratitude for the abundance gathered over months of inspired growing time. And it’s a time of winding down as we allow ourselves into the womb of winter. A time of preparing to go inside until the light is renewed and another cycle of rebirth is upon us.
