Vulnerability: Easy or Queasy?

For years now, I’ve been JOYfully touting what I know to be true…just ’cause I know it to be true.  Not based on any ‘scientific evidence’ per se. I’ve never felt it necessary to back my knowing with scientific evidence, because I felt my own experience was evidence enough.  And I still do. However, every [...]

New Year. New Story. An Invitation.

It’s that time of year again.  That time when everyone is talking about the New Year that’s about to be birthed. It’s funny, isn’t it?  The importance we place on the shedding of the old…and the birthing of the new, more so on this one particular day of the year, than ever. In my experience, [...]

Dear Santa…

Dear Santa… I’ve been a very, very good girl.  How do I know?  Because I feel good, happy, awake, vibrant, alive and well.  And I like feeling like that.  So I just keep on reminding myself how good it feels…and the feelings keep renewing! Have there been any days that weren’t ‘all that’?  Maybe.  But [...]

Having just celebrated Thanksgiving here in the U.S. I’ve found myself contemplating the essence of giving thanks…and where it takes me. In my world giving thanks leads me to a feeling…a feeling of immense JOY and appreciation for whom ever or what ever it is that I’m recognizing I’m thankful for. I’ve been playing with the vibration that surrounds saying thank you…just the words…and then really tuning in to the appreciation factor and feeling the words as I say them with appreciation. Come, play along…

Spicy, Shiny, Happy Hair for Fall

Just have to share one of my favorite ways to get my shine on…it’s multi-layered! I’m talking about Hair Shine (in the purest sense of the term, and in the ‘get your shine on, let that beauty shine sense, too!)  And of course, I’m talking about Joy of Brilliance Shine! Express Yourself! Doing hair is [...]

How Home Schooling Led Me to My Brilliance

How Home Schooling Led Me to My Brilliance

I grew up like most.  I went to conventional school. In this aspect, I also feel I may be like most.  I often felt like a square peg being stuffed into a round hole. Really rather, I felt like a uniquely-me-shaped-me who didn’t necessarily fit the rigid containers seemingly designed as one-size-fits-all. Did I suffer [...]
