It’s funny. When I’m feeling a little frustrated…or just slightly sideways of my brilliance (or the Vortex, as Abraham refers to it) I often find myself exclaiming OY! I had an OY! moment just a few days ago. My horse and I were out for a lovely sleigh ride…normally pure JOY…read on to see how I took part in creating an OY reality for myself, & then turned it right ’round again…

One of my favorite Abraham quotes has been surfacing lately.
“Beliefs are just thoughts that you keep on thinking; they’re just a habit of thought. It’s just sort of the way you’ve always thought it, and so it is the way your are now thinking it.”
This one quote means so much and applies in so many [...]

It’s been said that ‘going off’, in a rampage of appreciation does wonders for the soul. It lightens the mood, stimulates good vibes and creates space for everything you’ve ever wanted in life to become reality. I’ve found this to be more than true. …The only tricky part is it feels so good you may find yourself wanting to do it continuously! Are you ready?…

…I felt a surge of knowing immediately, the power here…and that it had to do with connection. The fact that we’re all connected, the pulse of the Universe pumping through each and every one of us…and that collective thought creates amplified manifestation…

I don’t know that I’ve ever been so entirely inside a movie while watching it, and though there have been other movies that have moved me deeply, I can’t recall another movie that has ever taken me inside its world in such a way that I felt it undesirable to leave that world when the movie ended. I felt at home on Pandora, and like characters in the movie, I felt a longing to stay.

Of all the gifts we could give (and receive) at this time of year…I come back to one that means more than any other. In fact, days before Christmas I updated my Facebook and Twitter with this: Your best gift to the world is YOU! …during this fast paced season of giving and always. YOU are the shining star. Give the gift of YOU! Know what I love most about this gift? It’s perfect, readily available, easily accessible, and it never stops giving. If you’re breathing, you’re giving. You being here, alive on this planet right here, right now is the greatest gift. Do you know the miracle of the Gift of You…?

I’ve long felt that tuning in to the power of a virtue-based life is key. When we place our focus on virtues or values that are important to us…and live the magic of them, the vibration of these virtues in our lives draws us ever closer to our most brilliant, aligned, Divine Self. As with anything that is real and true, it serves us well to begin within…

Having just celebrated Thanksgiving here in the U.S. I’ve found myself contemplating the essence of giving thanks…and where it takes me. In my world giving thanks leads me to a feeling…a feeling of immense JOY and appreciation for whom ever or what ever it is that I’m recognizing I’m thankful for. I’ve been playing with the vibration that surrounds saying thank you…just the words…and then really tuning in to the appreciation factor and feeling the words as I say them with appreciation. Come, play along…

Can you shout from the mountain tops and proclaim your Self-Love? What…? Is there a part of you that feels a little squeamish at the thought of that? Why? When you think of another in your life whom you love, is it easy to come up with 5 things you love about them? Can you rattle those 5 things off without blinking an eye? I believe it’s important for us to recognize the qualities within ourselves that make us fall in love with ourselves over and over again…

I love this time of year. There’s just something about it. The crispness in the air. The intense blue of the sky against golden, red, shades of copper. The feeling of completeness, along with the still stirring of new birth on another horizon. The inclination to rest, ponder, reflect. I love the dual energies I feel at this time of year. It’s a time of harvest. A time of recognizing and giving gratitude for the abundance gathered over months of inspired growing time. And it’s a time of winding down as we allow ourselves into the womb of winter. A time of preparing to go inside until the light is renewed and another cycle of rebirth is upon us. Find your path through Nature’s Gateway…
