<description>I just wanted to say that I, too, had a life altering experience. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in November 2003, and had surgery in January 2004. My cancer was a Stage IV, meaning that it had spread into my lymph nodes.

My partner and I took a long, hard look at our diet, and very gradually, moved to a vegetarian diet, and then to a vegan diet. Here it is January 2007 and my health is great, thanks to modern medicine and a healthy vegan diet. We are not raw foodists, but do combine raw foods and cooked vegan foods.

The possibilities of vegan food recipes are endless, and thanks to exposure to vegan recipes, the general public is gradually becoming educated to the benefits of such a diet.

Optimum Health Institute, www.optimumhealth.org, and www.hacres.com are wonderful places and web sites to visit for optimum health.

Continue the crusade for wonderful health.
