(The OOOooo at the end is deep and guttural...emphasized by extending a tight fist forward and then powerfully pulling it back toward your body; get the picture?) Funny right? Cheering...Chanting...all the same thing~enlivening, quickening, awakening us to the vibrational alignment we desire. Nice. I'm sure we had that very consciousness when we cheered our 'teams' on for the win all those years ago. :) Thanks for a great blast from the past, Sis...and thanks for commenting! This is what keeps going through my head after reading this post! Remember our old high school cheer? Only I realized the words were really "I've (we've) got SPIRIT, yes I do, I've got SPIRIT, how 'bout you?", interesting that this is what popped in my head, and the two are quite interchangeable... wouldn't you say? :) Thanks for the reminder... I feel (even more) empowered, and connected after reading this!
