Great Video – I really enjoyed it!
Here’s something else I’d like to share with you:
LATEST SPIRULINA WEIGHT LOSS RESEARCH
Researchers in Germany used 15 human volunteers to test an appetite reducing effect. Obese outpatients, who were following a weight reduction diet, took Spirulina tablets before each meal three times a day for four weeks. In this double blind crossover study against a placebo, about 6 tablets three times a day over four weeks showed a small but statistically significant reduction of body weight. There was also a significant drop in serum cholesterol levels.

That was a great video. I am an absolute popcorn fanatic and I had no idea that putting the popcorn in a popper while the oil wasn’t hot could affect the taste and texture of the popcorn. That two kernel tip was great! I am definitely going to have to try that recipe.
Thanks!
