		<description>Thanks Dr. Jenn!

I&#039;m so happy you&#039;ve stopped by to shine your light of truth and brilliance on this topic.

You shared:
&quot;I find that being Who You Really Are, and sharing that with clients is what really helps them shift. Not some blank mirror!&quot;

These statements really stand out for me. The blank mirror part especially. It&#039;s almost like a mirage of a mirror. It seems reflective from a distance, but when one gets closer there&#039;s nothing there. Interesting.

And I agree completely, it&#039;s when we&#039;re &quot;being who we really are&quot; that others see that reflection and it somehow gives them the courage, the fortitude, the &quot;I can do this!&quot; to shift.

It reminds me of one of my most favorite inspirational, centering passages from Marianne Williamson; this part particularly fits our conversation:

&quot;...And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.&quot;

The entire passage is below...I read this frequently and find it&#039;s vibration so powerful. It resonates deeply for me as I&#039;m sure it does for many others.

Shine On, Dear Ones!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn&#039;t serve the world.
There&#039;s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won&#039;t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It&#039;s not just in some of us, it&#039;s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ~Marianne Williamson

<description>I love your questions and call to action! Thanks for sharing them.

Being able to inhabit my True Voice, was what helped me decide to make the switch from psychologist to coach.

I find that being Who You Really Are, and sharing that with clients is what really helps them shift. Not some blank mirror!

And it&#039;s when you let your true personality shine thru that the right clients can find you, because they resonate with Who You Really Are. Then it&#039;s a good match.

If you pretend to be someone you are not, the people who show up, won&#039;t be able to benefit from you as readily! Because they aren&#039;t a true match.

So, yes! I love it. Never be afraid to be who you are- it is your Light, and the quirks that make you unique, that people will appreciate most! Light your light shine through your voice!</description>

		<description>Dear Oriana...
So wonderful to find you visiting here.

You are so right. The path to finding (and expressing) your voice is absolutely well lit when passion is the lamp.

Allowing passion to guide us serves well in all we do.

I adore your posts &amp; tweets and can feel your passion oozing like fresh sap from the Maple trees...bursting forth enthusiastically like the first buds of spring.

Thanks for the reminder also of &#039;narrowing the focus of what you write about&#039;. As we narrow the focus, we distill the sweetness and the flavor of our voice becomes rich and creamy smooth. :0)

So fun to play with words...mixing their textures to stimulate the senses...YUM.

Glad you enjoyed the Mandala art...although credit for that belongs to Mark (@kalalea). We are both Nature lovers and seeing the magic come through the mandalas is always awe-inspiring! Yours are beautiful as well. I see the Sunflower has captured you as well as Mark. :0)

<description>Great questions to ponder. As a lifelong writer I&#039;ve been hyper-aware of finding my voice, and over the years I&#039;ve felt it come and go. Lately what has helped me tune into my best voice more deeply has been narrowing the focus of what I write about. Now I only write about what I feel most passionate about, which happens to be nature and our connection to it/her.

I looked at your mandala set on Flickr--gorgeous--love the aloe.

Blessed be,
Oriana
