Zen and the Art of Creativity

Zen and the Art of Creativity is one of my favorite books. Written by John Daido Loori the abbot at Zen Mountain Monastery in New York state the book is an exploration of creative expression. This book inspired me to start writing poetry and gave me a richer focus while envisioning my photography.

I read this book very quickly because I was so moved to take the journey into the creative process with the writer. I highly recommend it to all who seek the creative spiritual journey.
